Join the Chirp Squad: Become a FindandGoSeek Parent Partner

Are you a parent or caregiver who feels passionate about family activities and community engagement? Want to join a community of Vermont families that help share resources, events, ideas, and more?

Find and Go Seek aims to expand coverage of Vermont family events, activities, and resources beyond Chittenden County. We’re looking for ambassadors across the state — from Brattleboro to Newport — to share local events and activities.

What We Ask from Parent Partners:

1. The Chirp Squad will meet virtually every other month to share stories, ideas, and happenings in their region.
2. Parents Partners will be encouraged to submit local events to Find and Go Seek on a monthly basis and share new venues when discovered.
3. Parent Partners will share content content such as videos, images, and blogposts. 

Benefits of Being Part of the Chirp Squad:

1. Parent partners will have the opportunity to claim free tickets to events and local kid-centric destinations, in exchange for some form of content (photos, videos, blog posts).
2. Further compensation for content will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Parent partners will have the opportunity to build a community with other parents across Vermont to share resources, ideas, and feedback.
4. The Chirp Squad has room to grow! This is just a launch-point and ideas on how we can expand and connect will be encouraged.

To Apply

1. Send an email to sarah@findandgoseek.net with your name, age, location, family details (partner and kid names and ages), and anything else you’d like to share about yourself.
2. Share some of your favorite local family venues you visit and would be interested in following for event updates and coverage.
3. Share any other relevant resources for us to review like social media links, writing examples, photos, etc.

Applications will be collected through mid-November. We hope to host members of the Chirp Squad for our first meeting in December.

We are so excited to build this community of caregivers and contributors to FindandGoSeek and expand our services to all families in Vermont and beyond!
