"Our family of 5 all loved this event! A must do! All the Elves say your child's name, your child gets a name tag before the event starts, so they have forgotten this by this time. They really believe the Elves know their name. There are so many wonderful volunteers and the Elves really get into character. Great fun event. Doesn't last too long so its great for toddlers as well!"

"I took my youngest daughter there when she was 4 years old and I don't think that she will ever forget this experience, to this day, she's now almost 10, she hasn't figured how all the elevens knew her name! Really carries the truest spirit and magic of the season!"

"Definitely one of the highlights for our family this past Christmas! My 3 year old daughter was wideeyed the entire time. She is still talking about it 3 months later. Magical is the only word to describe it."

"We took our children on this ride last year it was magical to see thier faces when we arrived in the North Pole and the elves called them by thier names. Such a great experience hoping to do it again this year! "

"One of the most magical events of the holiday season is the Polar Express. I have taken photos at this for about six years now every year the look on the kids faces are so precious as they hear the story, ride the train and get a special gift from Santa. Be sure to sign up for the lottery its the only way to get tickets. And if you don't have little ones to take on the train consider becoming a volunteer you'll have more fun than you thought possible being an elf or a conductor at the event. The perfect way to get the holiday spirit. "
