"No recent reviews, so I'd better add one, right? My daughter went to four sessions of ADC last year as a Ranger, and I just signed her up for three sessions this year as a Trailblazer. Ditto the great hours and tuition. It's a wellorganized program, and the young staff seemed welltrained. Pick up drop off is pretty easy. I was initially worried that the long, active days would be a bit much for a nonathletic sixyearold, but she was perfectly worn out at the end of the day without being a complete disaster. The Rangers' home area is the dance studio, which is nice space with room to safely run goof around. The indoor outdoor facilities are nice extensive, of course, and she even got to swim twice some days. My daughter hit it off with the counselors, made a couple of new friends, and coincidentally got to spend time with some of her schoolmates. Admittedly, EVERYONE did look pretty wiped out on week 7!"

"Our daughter just completed a week as a Viking 911 year olds at the ADC at UVM. It is an excellent recreational day camp with lots of activities to keep the kids going all day long, including a field trip to the Audobon society in Huntington. The camp counselors were very friendly and engaged with each of the kids. Most of the kids did not know one another, but appeared to make friends easily. From a working parent standpoint, the camp's hours 745445 are great. The price is also pretty reasonable compared to a lot of camps."

"My daughter has been with ADC for 2 years as a Ranger and for the most part it was fabulous! There is a daily schedule posted and a weekly field trip. The kids swim daily inside, which is really great for enhancing their abilities! the counselors are really nice and seem to enjoy working with the kids. The field trips are the same every year, and not overly exciting... The first year, the arts and crafts were completely inappropriate for age leveleveryone did the same thing, lots of coloring book pages, etc.and I was very happy to see that it was changed for the next year! She'll be going back for a few weeks to try being a Trailblazer!!"

"My son just completed his first week of Ranger Camp at UVM. He loved it. The councilors were friendly and seemed to have endless energy. They field trip was well organized. The highlight for my son was the pool and tennis. Communications with the camp office were easy and they were responsive to questions. I will be signing him up for another week and we will certainly consider this camp for next year!"
