FindandGoSeek respects the intellectual property of others, and asks that visitors to our site do the same. When FindandGoSeek receives your counternotice in compliance with the procedures above, it reserves the right to restore the material that was removed ten (10) business days after sending a copy of the counternotice to the person who originally sent the notice of infringement. If, during such ten (10) day period, such person notifies us that he or she has filed suit to restrain the alleged infringing activity, FindandGoSeek will not replace the material. Otherwise, FindandGoSeek reserves the right to do so.
