Calahan Park
Calahan Park, located on Locust Street, between Shelburne Road and Pine Street in Burlington's South End, is a 19 acre multi-purpose park. Facilities at Calahan Park include three basketball courts, four tennis courts, a soccer field, three ball fields, two playgrounds, a large open play field and an outdoor ice rink in the winter and some sledding hills. Heavily used by area Little League teams, Calahan Park also offers dugouts, spectator bleachers and a concession stand operated by the South End Little League.

- August 27, 2009"This is an awesome urban park for sports recreation tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, and playground equipment. Was there during the summer, and they had the moveable soccer goals. Only thing I wish they had was adjustable hoop height on the bball rims but that is outweighed by the quality and convenience of everything else."- visitorfromNC
