The Cold Hollow Cider Mill is one of the top producers of Fresh Apple Cider in all of New England. Open to public viewing, you can see first-hand how cider is made the old fashioned way, with a rack and cloth press built in the 1920's. They are open year-round, 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (8:00 am to 7:00 pm during the summer months).
Free samples of cider, fudge, and specialty foods. Natural foods bakery featuring legendary cider donuts. Large Mill store with old-fashioned apple products, including cider slush, cider hotdogs, and flavored ciders.

- February 9, 2015"Cold Hollow Cider Mill is always a stop of ours when we're doing the WaterburyStowe rounds hitting up Cabot, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Ben Jerry's and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters as well. It's a great place to browse, grab a free sample of cider and buy way too many donuts! It's filled with lots of local made goodies, but isn't too cluttered like many other places, so I don't worry while wandering around with my toddler. "- jmwd

The Mill provides an education experience by learning how their cider is made as well as enjoying free samples, browsing through all the unique gifts you can purchase and buying lots and lots of cider doughnuts!
