"This was a great staycation! I took my 4 and 7 year olds to Camp Common Ground on my own and had enough support they make the meals and do all the dishes! to make it a doable experience. I had time in the mornings to try a mix of activities writing group, weaving, hiking, guitar, singing were my picks, but there were other things too while my kids were in their own programs. There were family activities in the afternoon and evening which we could pick and choose from. I enjoyed the vegetarian food, but my kids had trouble sometimes. The kids table was not consistently laid out with options that worked for them, although most of the staff were very receptive to trying to make things work better. We loved the community setting and the cello teacher. The kids are still singing the songs we learned there! You don't need to drive far to have a good family camp experience!"

"Tons of fun! Great for everyone in the family. Fantastic vegetarian food. We all got something out of the week and the best part was that we didn't have to think about planning anything it was all done for us. We made some great friends while we were there! "
