Contemporary Dance and Fitness Studio

Providing ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, tap, fitness, and many other dance classes to the central Vermont community for 50 years. Classes are held amongst a supportive, open community of dancers and movers. We ask our students to challenge themselves physically and artistically ​while always recognizing a need to respect everyone's individual path.
