Front Porch Summer Camp

Front Porch Summer Camp offers a creative, small-group summer experience in North Bennington, Vermont where children spend their days exploring art, nature, outdoor play, and imaginative storytelling in a welcoming neighborhood setting. Campers enjoy hands-on art projects, garden activities, outdoor games, collaborative creative play, and time to explore the natural beauty of Vermont. The program is designed to give kids a relaxed summer experience where they can build friendships, express their creativity, and enjoy time outdoors. 

Each week features a special theme that guides the activities:

• Woodland Skills & Survival (Aug 3–7) Campers explore nature through outdoor skills, woodland crafts, and hands-on activities inspired by the forest.
• Theater in the Woods (Aug 10–14) Children work together to create characters, stories, and performances while building confidence through theater and imaginative play outdoors.
• Front Porch Society (Aug 17–21) A week focused on classic summer fun—porch games, storytelling, crafts, music, and community traditions. 

Camp runs 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM for children ages 5–13.
Optional extended care is available 8:00–9:00 AM and 3:00–6:00 PM, including afternoon enrichment and a community dinner on the porch.
Families can choose a sliding scale tuition of $225–$375 per week to help make the program accessible to more children.
