"OK, I have a confession to make Ive actually stayed at this hotel in the past. Long before I was Miss Magpie and long before it was the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Ascutney Mountain Resort, I spent a weekend here. It may look sort of the same on the outside, but yowza, it does not look the same on the inside! Those granite countertops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances were not there. Nor was that flat screen TV above the beautiful fireplace in the living room. And boy, I love what they have done with the bedrooms and bathrooms. These villas are really designed with families in mind. They are spacious and well appointed with lots of little touches, like nightlights in the bathrooms and tons of closet space, that make this a place for families to call home while they explore Vermont.
