Skate forever on the longest skating trail in the US - Vermont in winter is made for adventures on ski slopes, Nordic and snowmobile trails. The Lake Morey Resort also offers outstanding ice skating. The resort grooms and maintains the longest skating trail in the United States, a 4.5-mile loop around the lake, an amazing experience that’s not to be missed. Directly in front of the resort there are smaller rinks for skating and pick-up hockey games. For a small fee, both hockey and figure skates can be rented and skates can be sharpened as well. Come indoors and relax in the spa or game room. Year round, the Lake Morey Resort offers a beautiful natural setting on the shores of a 600-acre lake amidst Vermont’s verdant and snow packed hills.
