"Mills Riverside Park is a great place to take kiddos and your 4 legged friends on an easy to moderate hike thru the woods and fields. There are picnic tables if you'd like to have a picnic before or after your exploration and an off leash dog area. There is also the Brown's River for cooling off and water play and a covered bridge. On the way back home, stop in for a creemee beloved Joe's Snack Bar in Jericho!"

"We recently made our first trip to Mills Riverside Park and I'm sorry it took us so long to find it! The expansive fields were great to turn my two year old loose in without feeling like I need to hover for his safety or my sanity. The walking trails are nicely groomed and the various terrain made for a nice scenic walk. We took advantage of the off leash' area for dogs and that too was a nice addition to the park. There is river access in multiple spots, and again, I felt safe bringing my child down there to explore and play. The grounds are clean, well kept, and overall inviting for return visits. I see us spending more time at this park in the future! "
