"Our family went this past Saturday and, despite the heavy amount of patrons, the staff kept everything tidy and safe while still maintaining multiple Birthday parties and engaging with customers with A+ service!"

"It's about time they open one of these in the Burlington area! My 6yearold spent about an hour in the fencedoff obstacle course area, and an additional 10 minutes in the bounce castle and had a great time! Great way to burn energy. Some improvements I would suggest? The entrance area had me a bit nervous. In such a big space it's hard to keep an eye on your kiddo the whole time and I had trepidations about kids wandering out to the parking lot perhaps unnoticed if they follow another family or any random people coming in. The girls working were friendly but quite busy, and the entrance system in place with the front desks positioned off to the side was a bit chaotic and just seemed like it would be easy for anyone to sneak in. Perhaps a small area for paying for ticketstaking off shoes would have been better, and then another set of doors leading into the large play area. Always better safe than sorry. Smoothies in the cafe would be nice. Not many healthy options for kids, but I'm not going to have lunch so not really a big deal. The price of 15 dollars per kid is a bit steep in my opinion. Would be nice if they could set up deals to pay by the hour. Five dollars an hour with a check in check out policy seems more reasonable, as many families aren't going to have the whole day to spend in a play space anyway. And 499 for a yearly membership is just uncalled for. The Echo Science Center charges 80. Besides that it's just nice to have something like this in the area. I've seen them in Europe with much sleeker, cleaner designs, while this one was your basic brightly colored plastic. But the obstacles courses were nice and something different, and my son had a great time!"

The play structure, bounce house and play houses are perfect and provide hours of entertainment for my 2 and 4 year old! Theres a cafe with everything you could need, and the whole place always seems clean! Definitely worth it!!"
