  "Trish is wonderful. She is loving, organized, creative and truly cares about our daughter and our family. We had our daughter in a popular daycare program in Shelburne last year and were very unhappy with the care she received there. When we found out that Trish had a muchcoveted spot opening up, we jumped on it and couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience she is learning new things, engaged with her friends and Trish, and most importantly happy to go to school. We are very thankful to be part of My First Friends! "

  "I am a first time Mom and was so stressed about this transition process. Not only was it a seamless process for my daughter but it was a seamless process for me too! Trish treats my daughter like her own and sends me photos throughout the day just because she knows it keeps me connected to her. My daughter often does not want to leave at the end of the day. Her development has skyrocked since she started with her friends. I cant say enough wonderful things about her care and program. "

  "My 2 12 year old daughter has been attending My First Friends for about 2 months now and we could not have asked for anything more in a daycare. Trish is energetic, loads of fun, and has the perfect balance of fun and learning. She brings the kids on nature walks and encourages the exploration of nature and everyday surroundings. She also has a talent for sneaking extremely relevant cognitive and problem solving skills into fun activities in which she encourages independence and creativity. Most of all, she makes sure that everyone in the group, no matter how big or small, outgoing or quiet, gets included and has a voice. We are so grateful that our daughter gets to have such a positive experience as her introduction to learning. We know that these years with Trish will be sure to turn the spark of curiosity that all children have into a full on love of learning."

  "Trish has provided care for all three of my children and it is wonderful to have such an excellent provider and educator! I love Trish's philosophies on child development, behavior management and learning. Each day I look forward to the creations my kids proudly share with me! All of my kids have made huge gains in social, emotional, language and learning development. Trish provides extensive communication and I always feel like I know about my child's day. My kids love Trish and her familysometimes they don't even want to come home! "

  "I am a first time mother and could not have imagined a smoother transition for myself or my daughter. My daughter started going to Trish when she was 6 months old and has loved it since day one as have I. Trish is a welcoming, compassionate, and gifted person teacher and provider. I feel so fortunate that my daughter has the opportunity to spend her days in such a supportive, energized, and creative environment. Trish does a great job meeting both the children's needs and the parent's needs. She is a great communicator and values open dialogue with parents. My First Friends is great!"

  "I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of care that Trish provides at My First Friends. My two year old has been there for just under a year and is thriving. Trish is very organized and focused on providing an educational, fun and safe environment for the kids. My daughter has done so many projects and just loves her friends. From a busy mom perspective, Trish really runs well oiled machine. She is organized, communicates well and plans well well in advance. I highly recommend My First Friends for anyone looking for an inhome experience for their children."

  "My son has been going to My First Friends since he was about 3 months old. He is now 2 12 and absolutely loves it there. Trish is very organized and has many fun things for the kids to do each day. They have a daily routine to follow, but are always doing different projects and learning activities. They go on field trips and have lots of fun while learning all the time! It is the best feeling in the world to know my son is in good, safe hands when I can't be with him. I would highly recommend this program to anybody!"

  "My daughter started with Trish several months ago. There was absolutely NO transition issues whatsoever. I credit Trish 100 for this. In fact, my daughter often doesn't want to leave school when I get there to pick her up. Trish provides everything imaginative play, games, songs, creative arts and crafts, field trips, and more. But most of all, she provides gobs and gobs of love to my child. Did I mention she provides all snacks many of them homemade and drinks? You provide lunch. Trish's home is impeccably neat, organized, and clean, something that is extremely important to me. The notes home everyday are detailed and thorough and provide a way to talk about my child's day. Above all, though, you will have a friend in Trish. She is one fantabulous provider."

  "My son Nathan has been under Trish Blood's care for seven years. She has helped him through all different developmental stages!! The potty training, the separation anxiety, the picky eating habits, etc., etc. Nathan has really enjoyed going to Trish's for many reasons. Trish is so organized and truly knows age appropriate activities. He loves the hands on games and endless art projects. He feels very welcome in her home and has made wonderful friendships. One of the nicest things about Trish is that she respects each child for who they are and is so willing to work with everyone's differences. Yet at the same time, she is structured, clean and enthusiastic every day!! I do not know how she does it! If you are fortunate enough to snag one of her slots as they become available, you will truly be comforted and have a great peace of mind every minute that your child is in her care. Best at home childcare provider around!! "

  "My child in My First Friends Home and Preschool. This truly is the best program. I have always been so amazed at the fun things they do every day and what my son comes home with. He is nurtured, loved and has grown in so many ways. It is always a good feeling when you go to pick up your child and they are so involved and happy with what they are doing that YOU have to convince them to come home. Trish is an amazing individual and truly gives her all to each and every child in her program. WE could not be happier!!!!!!!"
