Nadeau’s Philosophy is as follows: “Children need a child-friendly environment that is safe, caring and comfortable and will promote equally all areas of a child’s development: Physical, social, emotional and intellectual. Children should be provided balance, a variety of activities and types of involvement that takes into consideration all the different learning styles. There must be enough flexibility within these planned offerings to spontaneously accommodate group or individual needs, unexpected circumstances, or parental visits. Opportunities to learn how to function effectively within a group setting and become aware of the needs of others, while at the same time being accepted as an individual, are also important to a young child’s development.”

- May 24, 2019"Use to get a friendly vibe from the teachers, but that has stopped. The turn over, and lack of help probably doesn't help with moral. Some staff seem to like their job, and others seem like their just there for a paycheck. Prepare for your child to be dirty daily. This is not just from playing, this is from eating, and not being cleaned up afterwards. For being a 4 star center, you expect your child to receive 4 star care. We were referred by former parents, and from the sounds of it, things have gone downhill. I do not agree with the previous reviews from 2013."- momma1
- November 15, 2013"Impressed from the start! The center was clean and classrooms and staff were inviting and welcoming. The director is always available and there to greet you, and answer any questions. I love knowing that my child is happy and well cared for all day and I get daily updates on what he has done each day. Everyone is personable and professional and really seem to enjoy being there, positive atmosphere all around. Great indoor structure play area, as well as tons of playground space!"- VT802
- August 23, 2013"From the moment I put my 4 month old son in daycare, I knew I chose the right place. The safe always lets me know how the day goes, gives me advice when I ask for it and address any needs I have. Nadeau's is always very clean the staff clean up daily after the kids and it is like new the next day. They do lots of hands on activities with the kids and have a great outdoor space. They do water activities in the summer, walks and even field trips. Great place with great staff."- vtmama23
