Hi! I’m Emily Piazza. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Birth Doula, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and mom of 3.
I help pregnant and postpartum folks with gestational diabetes, disordered eating and eating disorders, and body image struggles. Through a weight inclusive, non-diet lens I help people confidently feed themselves for a healthy pregnancy and healing postpartum journey. Virtual and in-person options available. In network with BCBS, MVP, Cigna, United and VT Medicaid.

Offering compassionate, non-judgemental, and steady Birth Doula support for folks birthing at home or hospital in Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille, Chittenden counties and parts of Washington, Addison and the NEK.
