- December 13, 2021"Purinton has really beautifully pruned Balsam Fir trees and a LOT of them! They have all been priced the same no matter what size you pick. The largest ones are approximately 1214 ft high. You will need to look for those up at the top of the hill in the back. They also have wreaths, kissing balls, and maple syrup for sale. Before they bale your tree, they have one of the coolest features we have ever seen a tree shaker. This machine takes off all of the loose needles before you get it home to your house! There is also a small bakery shed selling donuts and hot chocolate. The donuts weren't great. They are more like a bagel than a donut. However, the hot cocoa was warm and sweet."- missmagpie

- December 1, 2014"Such a great place for the kids to run around and pick a tree. Bring a sled for the big hill! The trees are the healthiest and most beautiful ones you'll ever see. They last forever if you remember to water! Also they have homemade wreaths and maple cotton candy! "- vmapglynn
- December 1, 2014"Beautiful location for cutting down your own tree. Our six year old had so much fun running through the tree aisles in the snow. Great maple treats for the kids too!"- ErikaLowe
- December 1, 2014"This is our 3rd year getting a tree here and we really love the experience at this farm with lots of trees to choose from. One thing is the trees are on a hill so bringing a sled for little ones who don't like to walk especially if there is a lot of snow. They have a tree shaker, and then spin and tie the trees for you. Our two boys received cute little coloring books when we paid They provide a saw and rope to tie it to your cars. The price for any tree size is 40 bring cash!"- Mommy2boys
- December 19, 2013"This is our 3rd year getting our tree here. We have tried other farms But after spending hours at other farms looking for the perfect tree with no luck we find ourselves back here. Lesson learned just go to Purrinton's the first time! The trees are perfectly groomed and absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend. What would make it PERFECT is a sleigh ride"- maememories
- December 19, 2013"The trees seemed immature. we had to look a very long time to find a tree both tall enough and fat enough. The service was find, the tree shaker is a nice idea, tho I still had a lot of pine needles fall when i was setting up and decorating the tree. I suspect next year 2014 and 2015 the trees will be looking fine"- tgash
