"They do a lot for the community + The ingredients are healthy and local + The crepes are a little dry and the line is often WAY too long. Which is a complete drag if you have young children with you."

"One of my very favorite 'Date Night' spots in town. The Skinny Pancake has the most delicious meals made from local ingredients and their prices are rock bottom for what you are getting. The interior is fun and quirky and the live music is always great too. I keep wanting to check out other restaurants, but keep coming back here because I want to try everything on the menu, and I know I will have a great experience."

"My son and I went on a Saturday morning, and were the only people there at first! No wait at all. We are both allergic to gluten and dairy and they easily made it work so we could eat something delicious. We both had vegan crepes with strawberries and split a smoothie. :)"

"We visited The Skinny Pancake for the first time this morning (Monday) and were really pleased with the experience. We got there around 9AM and there was no wait - most of the people there were parents with toddlers. Our 16 month old loved his strawberry-filled crepe and enjoyed listening to the music they had playing while looking at all the cool art. My husband and I also loved our dishes. The service was quick, no mistakes, and delicious! Will definitely be going back early on a weekday morning."

"Delicious!! Took the kids here for dinner at a friend's suggestion and was not disappointed. Something for everyone, including my 3 boys ages 14, 11 and 8, one of whom usually doesn't like to try new things. Pretty busy when we got there, and because the crepes are delicately made to order, don't be surprised if it's a bit of a wait. To pass the time, we brought cards and had a blast."

"For New Year's fireworks, this is definitely the place. We made a reservation for 20, ended up with the entire upstairs. Great spot to jump outside and view the fireworks at 7:30. Love their menu. But more importantly, the kids love the menu - and they loved the fireworks."

"Great location, especially in the summer. The bathrooms are a little bit of a hike, but you are rewarded with new, clean and big facilities. And if your kid is really dirty/messy, there is even a shower in the handicap-accessible stall (25 cents per 2 minutes)!"

"The food is great, but be prepared. Even on a weekday, you might wait up to an hour for your food."

"They have upgraded from a vending cart on Church St. to a full-fledged restaurant caddy corner from Burlington Bay and ECHO in the Main Street Landing Building. As they open at 8:00 am seven days a week, it is the perfect spot to stop for breakfast before heading out to ECHO, the waterfront or a walk on the bike path. If you are a first timer with a picky eater, try the 'pooh-bear' made with VT honey & cinnamon sugar. Great seating options aside from your typical high chairs and booster seats. Try the long bar table right in front of the Crepe Making window. That ought to keep your toddler entertained for a few minutes while they get your food ready. They do have outdoor seating as well (perfect if you have brought your doggie along). If you are so inclined to make this your lunch or dinner spot, (which I would recommend as well), they serve Beer & Wine...can you 'ahhhh'? after a long day of hearing 'mommy, mommy, mommy'... NOTE: They take reservations for parties of 6 or more."

"I love the Skinny Pancake for dinner with kids. They don't have a kids menu, but don't worry, they have a menu based on pancakes, come on! You can have crepes filled with eggs, Nutella, curried potatoes - there really is something for everyone. The salad is awesome and enough for a family, the fries come out family style, and if you get there early (you know, kid meal time, 5:30), sit upstairs, there is a big table (it looks like it seats 8) with a big window overlooking the kitchen where you can watch them making crepes, and a little table which seats 4, with a similar view. Enough entertainment for my kids while they are waiting for their crepes, and cranky kids get no dessert crepes - enough of a threat to get good behavior."
