The second installment of the Skinny Pancake opened it's doors in early June, 2009. Serving up crepes Monday - Thursday 8am-10pm, Friday - Saturday 8am - Midnight and Sunday 8am - 9pm. Check out the menu here.

- June 13, 2011"Although on the pricey side that's an understatement in my opinion, this place is delicious. The food is all local and organic so I can sort of understand why they charge 10.75 for a chicken filled crepe, but I don't have to like the price. By far, the best thing on the menu is the Crepeadilla and the Nutella crepe dessert. Everyone is always super friendly here, and the tables carved from wood give the whole place a great Vermont feel. They also don't skimp on the servings. Usually a dish will either REALLY fill me up, or provide me with a snack later in the afternoon. Still though, I would've rated it higher if the prices were lower. It's definitely not a place you can eat lunch every day. You'd be living on the street in a paper bag if you did. It does provide a nice treat though."- jacknoodle
