City Hall Park has been recently restored with both public and private funds, including a new fountain, seating areas and walkways. The Fountain, or Splash Pad is a multi-functional fountain that can be used for active play. the water pillars of the fountain illuminated from below by LED lights. The splash pad runs every day, from 10 am to sundown-ish.
