The Blue Stone serves hand-tossed pizza with homemade sauce. Every day they have "blackboard specials" that feature fresh ingredients. Also on the menu are burgers, mac & cheese, shrimp and lobster tacos, salads, wings and more.

- September 21, 2013"With a menu that will have something for everyone, the Blue Stone is a good place for a family meal. Located right in the middle of Waterbury Center, they are ideally situated if you are coming home from a day of skiing at Sugarbush or headed tofrom Stowe. My sister and I took our kids ages 211 there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon after apple picking. We had a nice table up front , where the kids could sit on the bench by the window when they felt like getting down from the table. The service was very good. We started with an basket of Fries for the table, then of split two pizzas, and an order of the serious Mac Cheese. The bill was 64 and there was plenty of pizza left over for us to take home."- missmagpie
