  "My family and I love going to The Spot, breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's a hit with my toddler, between the kids menu and the fish tank, he's happy. At our last visit, I had the fish tacos- The Peahi- and they were amazing! I love the atmosphere in the renovated gas station space. Service is always friendly and prompt, and the bathrooms are super clean (always a priority when you have to change diapers). This place is the best family friendly restaurant in Burlington."

  "My family's favorite place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinner menu is excellent! Where else can you get a gourmet dinner and drinks for the adults and a kid-friendly meal for the kids and a milkshake too! Great atmosphere and amazing service. Thanks for being such a great meeting spot for our neighborhood."

  "I love going to The Spot. This surf-style restaurant is one-of-a-kind in Burlington (maybe even in all of Vermont!). Kids instantly gravitate towards the big fish tank. There is even a stool so they can peer in. The atmosphere is totally chill. Eat inside or out. You can even order online and drive-thru to pick up your food. You can't go wrong with the menu. I love The Tsunami breakfast burrito. But there are so many great choices and plenty for kids to eat like the Single Fin (one egg and toast), the Sand Dollar (one pancake and VT Syrup) or the Point Break (2 crepes with Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries, Chocolate and whipped cream). Don't miss the milkshakes either."

  "I love The Spot. The food is delicious, the service is always excellent, and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. Whether I am there to meet friends, dine alone with my laptop (free wi-fi), have date night with my husband, or have a family dinner out, I leave feeling like I/we had a great meal. We've also had several parties there -- the space is fun for any age. The movies on Wed and Thurs nights are great entertainment and my kids, especially, love the fish tank. And, hands down, they have the best milkshakes in town!"

  "The Spot is a family favorite for breakfast; we always take the grandparents when they are in town. The food is fresh and very flavorful. The portions are more than sufficient. The service is friendly. The atmosphere is great. Eat outside on a cool morning and you will have no choice but to smile. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that often we wait a little while to get refills on coffee and water. I think they should maybe hire one more server to help out with this. But otherwise, it's great, so we keep going back. Highly recommend it!"

  "If you have kids, The Spot is the place to go!! Great location and plenty of parking. Once inside, you could be in Hawaii. Great fish tank with colorful fish to entertain the young ones & old too!!! The smoothies and milkshakes are incredible. Healthy choices for all. The staff is very friendly and there are always good tunes playing."

  "My family has made The Spot part of our Sunday Brunch routine. We LOVE it! They love the tables with the 'trees growing in the middle' and my husband and I enjoy a great cup of joe and fresh egg specials. Oh, and milkshakes for brunch? Yep... the best in town! Thank you Spot for giving us a local, healthy, yummy option!"
