About a 3.25 hour drive from Burlington, Water Country is a water park extravaganza with 14 water slides, pools, and rides. Tubes are available to rent at the red and white tent near the park entrance. However, any attraction that requires a tube is supplied a tube for free. The wave pool and the whirlpool do not require tubes. Rental tubes can enhance your experience. When you are not using your tube, check it at the tube shack and we will give you a wristband. Later, you can exchange the wristband for another tube.

You may choose to bring your own lunch to Water Country, but no glass, alcohol or BBQ equipment. They have four snack bars, plus satellite stations serving subs, pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, fried dough, sausage subs, steak subs, hand cut fries, ice cream, dipping dots and lots of other goodies. Lockers and cabanas are available to rent.

Half-day tickets start at 3 p.m. This can be a great time to come to the park. The air has warmed up and the early sliders are heading home.

"Love this place. I took my 4 and 6 year old and they had plenty for both of them to enjoy. We went twice this summer. The only thing I would complain about is the 2nd time we went it was later in the summer end of August so they had some of the rides closed because I think some of the staff is college students and they had gone back to school. That made it a bit inconvenient for my kids. They rotated having certain things open for their ages. But still a great place to play in the water! The tide pool was one of their favorites! Just not a 1 day trip from Burlington. Plan on staying overnight, we usually make it a mini trip and include running over to Kittery and York as well for a few days."
