Werner's Christmas Tree Farm -- Middlebury, VT

Werner's has several different types of trees (3' - 12'):

• Balsam fir
• Fraser Fir
• Balsam Fraser Cross
• Canaan Fir
• Concolor Fir
• Scotch Pine
• Blue Spruce

You can either cut your own or choose from the pre-cut trees available.  For the kids there is hot cocoa and cookies as well as ponies in the barn to pet. Also a large scale indoor/outdoor train. For days and hours of operation check the web site.

Directions

Located 2 miles from the center of Middlebury.  Look for our farm sign.

From Route 7 North turn left onto Happy Valley Road outside of Middlebury. Follow the road until it "T"s with Painter Road.  Take a left.  Our farm is on the left.

From Route 7 South go into town until you reach the park by Middlebury Inn.  Turn right at the top of the park
(between Middlebury Inn and the Chittenden Bank).  Go straight on Washington Street/ Washington Street Ext. through two stop signs. Continue straight on this road (Washington Street Ext./ Painter Road)  We are about 2.2 miles from the Middlebury Inn on the left side of the road.

From Route 116 turn on to Quarry Road.  Take your first right onto Munger Street.  Take your first left onto Painter Road.  We are on the right.
