The 24th Annual Antique Tractor Day will feature restored tractors from yesteryear, along with fun activities, stories, games, and food. In addition to tractor-drawn wagon rides, visitors can enjoy a Tractor Parade at 12:00PM and 3:30PM. An announcer will regale the crowd with fun facts about each tractor’s history, make, and model. As exhibitors shift into their lowest gear, guests can cheer on their favorite machines in the “Slow Race” at 1:30PM. Children can ride pedal tractors through an obstacle course, make a tractor craft to take home, or enjoy stories about…you guessed it, tractors!
This year, Antique Tractor Day will be part of Dig In Vermont’s Open Farm Week, which features farm events across the state.

- July 24, 2015"Billings Farm combines the history of Vermont Farming with live farm animals. It is great place to visit with kids to learn about farm life. It doesn't hurt that there are plenty of animals for kids to see and touch.
Be sure to check the daily schedule of activities. You can milk a cow, tour the gardens, check out the chickens and more. There are also regularly scheduled special events throughout the year.
There is a great museum store with lots of kids farming toys, books and more. Adjacent to the 1980's Farm House you will find the Dairy Bar offers ice cream and other snacks.
Worth noting, Billings is so close to the town of Woodstock you can easily visit both in one day. There are lots of shops and restaurants in town."- missmagpie
