Sometimes a place is so special, that we know a great deal more about it than the average person would ever notice. What is your magical place? For this art lab, make a map of your magical place, then stop by the youth desk to let us take a picture for display in the library and/or inclusion in a zine. Available while supplies last. For all ages.

August 12-20. Library hours: M, F 9am-8pm. T, TH 9am-6:30pm.

"Quaint library with super welcoming and helpful staff. Despite this library being on the smaller side they have a great kids area with thoughtful resources and an easy pick up area for those times you just need to quickly grab learning materials!"

"Fantastic Library in the heart of Essex Junction! Walking distance to the train, bus station, five corners farmer's market, Summit Street School and (soon-to-be) Summit Community Natural Playground and more! Lots of great activities and selections for all! Kat is the best in the youth department! Brownell Library has done a marvelous job connecting itself to the surrounding community!"
