The Green Mountain Audubon Center is located in Huntington, VT and is home to 250 acres of conserved lands with 5 miles of trails. Trails are open from dawn to dusk daily with the visitor center open Monday to Friday 9-4. 

The Green Mountain Audubon Center offers many programs for children and families including: summer camps, vacation camps, forest playschool (weekly preschool), forest classroom (weekly elementary program), UnSchool (monthly homeschool program), family programs, field trips. Programs focus on exploration, wildlife discoveries, and connections in the outdoors. Find more information here.

      "Their preschool program is great! My daughter loves it! The instructors are great with the kids. It can get a little crowded, especially on the nice weather days."

      "There are some nice hiking trails here but make sure you go to Birds of Vermont Museum down the street. It is awesome!"
