Bixby Memorial Library

Bixby Memorial Free Library provides a range of children's and young adult programs and services, from weekly preschool story hours to special events during vacations and the summer reading program. Picture books, easy readers, fiction and nonfiction texts, children's videos, magazines, and audiotape and book sets are available; award winning children's and young adult books--Newbery, Caldecott, Dorothy Canfield Fisher, Coretta Scott King etc.--are purchased yearly. Bixby staff welcome class visits from district elementary schools and support parents of home schoolers with materials from the collection and interlibrary loan. The calendar of special events reaches high gear during the summer months with the summer reading program.
