Enjoy holiday shopping, a ride on the NEK North Pole Express, Santa visits, drive-through lights at Gardner Park, a tree lighting and more at Downtown Newport’s Hometown Holidays.

Saturday, November 30th, 5-8 PM

• Holiday shopping along Main St with live music and letters to Santa at the Memphremagog Market
• Drive-thru light display: Gardner Park

Saturday, December 7th

• Tree lighting + Santa and his reindeer: 4-5 PM at Pomerleau Park
• NEK North Pole Express includes a ride around town, hot chocolate, and ‘The Polar Express’ reading at the library! Must reserve tickets in advance.
• Holiday shopping along Main St with live music and letters to Santa at the Memphremagog Market: 5-8 PM
• Drive-thru light display: Gardner Park

Saturday, December 14th, 5-8 PM

• NEK North Pole Express includes a ride around town, hot chocolate, and ‘The Polar Express’ reading at the library! Must reserve tickets in advance.
• Holiday shopping along Main St with live music and letters to Santa at the Memphremagog Market

Check in at the flag pole circle in front of the state building, train will take you through the light show in Gardner Park and end at the Goodrich Memorial Library for a reading of ‘The Polar Express’

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and receive your complimentary hot chocolate.
