Fit2Excel Junior Athletic Performance Camp

This is an introductory strength and conditioning class is specifically designed with the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade student in mind. This comprehensive class is perfect for improving coordination, balance, agility and ultimately athletic performance. It will also prevent injuries as well as increase overall physical conditioning. You will come out of this class with faster feet, better coordination, improved agility and a whole lot of smiles. Cost $359.
