Folino's

Folino's is a wood-fired pizza shop located in Shelburne and downtown Burlington. We are BYOB, and offers seating on a "first come, first serve" basis. 

 

Their pizzas are baked in a style known as "apizza," that originates from New Haven, Connecticut. Apizza is cooked in a wood or coal-fired oven at very high heat. The crust should be slightly crispy, chewy and a bit charred. If you prefer your pizza without the charred crust, please order your pizza "blonde." Gluten-free is locally-made and available. BYOB (Beer, Cider or Wine Only).

 

KIDS DEAL: Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3: 30 p.m., bring your toddlers or preschoolers in for a free small cheese pizza. No adult purchase required. 

 

Field Trips: Take a Math Field Trip to Folino's in Burlington. Students get to see math in real life, in a real industry, outside the walls of class. $5/person (includes pizza). Field trip money is donated to the 52kids organization.
