At the Nature Museum...

Enjoy cookies, cider, and card-making from 10 AM - 4PM and Special Nighttime Programming 6PM - 8PM

During the day, visitors can come to The Nature Museum to enjoy cookies, hot cider, and a make-your-own nature holiday card activity. We’ll be open for visitors to view museum exhibits, stroll along our nature trails & trails in the nearby Grafton Village Park (snowshoes available), romp around in the Magic Forest Playscape, and create nature-inspired holiday cards thanks to local artist Stephanie Sullivan!

Collage and art materials will be available to create your own nature-inspired cards. Completed cards and templates to add your own creative touch to will be available for purchase in our gift shop!

In the evening (6PM - 8PM) they host the Southern Vermont Astronomy Group (SoVerA) for guided winter stargazing through their high-powered telescope!

If there are poor viewing conditions, there will be a Nature at Night night hike led by Environmental Education Director, Jay DeGregorio, from the Museum through the Grafton Village Park from 6PM - 7PM, followed by a campfire from 7PM - 8PM.
