Throughout October the Civic Standard Halloween Costume Swap Shop in Hardwick will be set up. Drop off your old costumes starting October 1. The shop will be open for free swapping all month, whenever the open flag is out.
The Civic headquarters is open Monday-Wednesday, 1-5:30 pm, Thursday 10-2 pm, Friday by appointment.
