Improve your Hula Hoop skills with Karla from Eat and Be Hoopy. Hooping is one of many Flow Arts which can help you focus, develop strength and flexibility, and just have fun! This program is for all ages. Hoops will be provided.

"Fantastic Library in the heart of Essex Junction! Walking distance to the train, bus station, five corners farmer's market, Summit Street School and (soon-to-be) Summit Community Natural Playground and more! Lots of great activities and selections for all! Kat is the best in the youth department! Brownell Library has done a marvelous job connecting itself to the surrounding community!"
