Hundreds of elementary, middle, and high school youth from across the state will be competing against each other in an orchestrated frenzy — dicing, grating, sifting, and sautéing their way to culinary fame. Local judges will lend their taste buds to determine winners for the Crowd-Please, Lively Local, and Mise En Place awards.
Spectators can cheer on the student chefs and explore the kid-friendly tables in the Activity Room, which include:
- Crepe Spinning by Skinny Pancake
- Smoothie Bike by City Market
- Seed Planting by Vermont Garden Network
- A Composting Activity by CSWD
- Taste Tests by Shelburne Farms
- Photo Booth by 802 Event Group
- Sugar on Snow and Maple Popcorn by End O Road Maple
- Mobile Dairy Experience by New England Dairy
