Magic Woods

Magic Woods is a podcast by IAA first-grade teacher George Patrick Leal. It features Kitty Karate, Doggie Cornelius Munchabunch the Third, and many more talking animals and fantastical characters who live in a place called Yesterday’s Macaroni.

If you’re looking for a fun way for kids to pass time in the car, relaxing, or even while crafting and playing, we can’t recommend this podcast enough. Our kids listen to it every night at bedtime! Most stories have silly elements and humor, but touch on friendship, love, loss, and even fear.

Mr. Leal weaves wonderful tales for kids to delve into. Between the original Magic Woods, Legends of Magic Woods, The Worlds Beyond Magic Woods, and the new Tell a Story, there are currently 262 stories ranging from 8 minutes long to nearly 30!
