Oak Meadow’s 50th Anniversary Celebration

Oak Meadow, a pioneering distance-learning school and homeschool curriculum provider, is celebrating its 50th Anniversary on Saturday, June 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Retreat Farm in Brattleboro, Vermont.

The anniversary event features activities for all ages, including guided hikes, arts and crafts, interactive math and storytelling sessions, fairy house construction, a puppet show by Sandglass Theater, and music performances by Cedar Stanistreet, Oak Meadow alumnus (Class of 2003).

Attendees can also explore Retreat Farm’s trails, meet new farm animals, and participate in community games and activities. Lunch will be available for purchase from Anon’s Thai Food.

A special Anniversary Program from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m. will include remarks by Oak Meadow leaders Chloe and Skye Lee, reflections on Oak Meadow’s impact, and a live stream available for global attendees.
