Your kid has superpowers! They just need to learn to unlock them. Our classes help girls and boys realize their full potential in an environment that is playful, supportive, and fun. Their play based curriculum of tumbling, grappling, martial arts, and free running increases children's strength and self-confidence and their moving meditation series helps kids manage their emotions and develop the connection between their mental and physical well being.

Their younger kids classes focus on learning basic grappling skills through play and skill-based games, while their teen classes pair more advanced grappling with practical striking.

They also offer private and small group lessons for students with special needs and have several years of experience working with special needs populations, as well as ABA Behavioral training. Special needs students learn the same skills as our younger kids classes in a small group environment and at pace with their abilities.
