Pascolo Ristorante

Pascolo serves handmade Italian cuisine. Their tomato sauce starts with Italian San Marzano tomatoes. Their meats come from LaPlatte River Angus Farm, Adams Farm, and VT Heritage Grazers. Mozzarella for our wood fired pizza is hand made daily from local cheese curd.  They like to showcasing the many wonderful farms & food producers in Vermont.
