Brownell Library is collaborating with our Tree Advisory Committee to plant a tree in our backyard in honor of Arbor Day and to bring us closer to Sustainable Library Initiative certification. Celebrate this event with us by helping to plant the tree and learn more about trees and the ways our city grows their own trees to plant around our community.

"Fantastic Library in the heart of Essex Junction! Walking distance to the train, bus station, five corners farmer's market, Summit Street School and (soon-to-be) Summit Community Natural Playground and more! Lots of great activities and selections for all! Kat is the best in the youth department! Brownell Library has done a marvelous job connecting itself to the surrounding community!"
