Sleep struggles in the first year are a common experience for families that often go unsupported. Join them for a weekly free sleep support gathering and playgroup led by postpartum doula and trained pediatric sleep consultant Rachael Gelineau.

Families in the community are welcome to attend with their babies for an hour of community support around sleep and other challenges the first year brings. Meetings will start with a short lesson on an aspect of infant sleep, before turning over to group conversation and time for questions.

Registration is strongly urged. To register, scroll through the schedule and find the day/time of the group you want to join to add yourself to the roster.

"We took this class with our adventurous toddler when she was 18 months old. The class was a little too structured for an 18 month old, who wanted to run around and play with props. Not sure the teacher knew what to do with us, oh well."
