Stowe's Old-Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration

July 4, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Main Street Parade at Noon – Intersection of Main St. and Mountain Rd.

In partnership with the Town of Stowe, Stowe Vibrancy hosts the 4th of July Parade to the Village of Stowe. On Thursday, July 4th enjoy a full day of festivities and food – great eats from an array of food vendors, entertainment for the whole family, and live musical performances from 11 – 12 p.m. and 1 – 2 p.m. on the Village green.

At 11 a.m. the world’s shortest marathon will be held in honor of USMC Lt. Ryan Casey. Grab your running shoes and lineup at the entrance to the Stowe Recreation Path to race for the finish line. Then get ready to see this year’s Grand Marshal lead a fantastic display of floats from 12 – 1:00 p.m. At 6 p.m. head down to the Mayo Fields for one of Vermont’s best and largest displays of fireworks starting at dusk!
