Master Kellie Thomas, 7th degree black belt in ITF, has locations in Hinesburg, Vergennes, Middlebury and Orwell for preschoolers through grandparents. KICKS- Keep fit; Inner strength; Confidence; Kinship and Self-defense has been teaching classes in Addison, Rutland and Chittenden Counties for over 15 years. All classes are taught family style so students of different ages can train together. First class is to try out.
Also available after school programs; PE classes; Anti-bullying workshops; Basic and Women Only Self-defense workshops; Preschool classes and birthday parties.
