Jordan Kent’s Just Kids Skill Camp

Jordan Kent’s Just Kids Skill Camps offer an exciting, well-rounded multi-sport experience designed to help young athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and develop healthy habits—all while having fun! Founded by former NFL player and University of Oregon Hall of Famer Jordan Kent, the camp provides expert instruction in agility, nutrition, and character development to support kids both on and off the field.

The Burlington camp is June 23-26, at Edmunds Middle School, and the Williston dates are July 14-18 at Williston Central School. Learn more and sign up

The Makery Summer Camps

In The Makery's half day summer camps, young artists will dive into the world of art using secondhand and recycled materials! Through hands-on projects, they’ll learn to repurpose materials, tapping into their creativity while gaining an understanding of sustainability. Each week of camp follows a different theme and children will explore different techniques and mediums develop their art skills and inspire their creativity. 

Some themes include: Parade Makers (Neurodiverse Students ages 16-21), June 23-27; Rebel Makers (Ages 12-18), July 7-11; Magical Makers (Ages 5-8), August 11-15; Green Makers (Ages 8-12), August 18-22; plus more! View them all.

Eat and Be Hoopy

Eat and By Hoopy is offering 2 weeks of half day sensory camp this summer for kids age 4 1/2 to 9 years old! Check out Cakes and Kitty Crafts, June 23- 27, where kids create and decorate 5 different kinds of cakes + crafts inspired by your fave kitty characters. Popsicles and Popstars, July 14-18, will have campers creating their own ice pops & sensory ice sculptures, while enjoying pop star princess dress-up and dancing!

Both camps also get time to move, roll, hoopy, spin, and wiggle and are $150 for the week.

Camp Downer

Nestled in the heart of Sharon, VT, Camp Downer is a place where adventure, friendship, and lifelong memories come to life! For over 80 years, they’ve provided an unforgettable and affordable camp experience where kids can unplug, explore, and grow in a safe and welcoming environment.

The Current 2025 Summer Camps

Join The Current in Stowe for an exciting summer of art and adventure! In these weekly camps, professional artists and educators work with small groups of campers to create one-of-a-kind experiences. A low staff-to-student ratio, a phenomenal team of Teaching Artists, and an incredible cohort of interns ensure campers are supported in every aspect of their experience. Through a blend of high-quality art instruction, STEAM-focused projects, outdoor exploration, and team-building activities, The Current creates a holistic camp experience for all learning styles. 

The Current is thrilled to offer ten weeks of summer camp programming in 2025 with options throughout the summer for PreK-10th grade. Sliding scale tuition is available on all registrations. Additionally, they are committed to offering further need-based full or partial scholarships. It is part of the mission to be accessible to everyone.

Mad River Path Adventures

From the Heart of the Valley, Mad River Path Adventures offers accessible day and overnight adventure camps for students ages 9-15. Our dynamic programs are designed and led by professional guides. Students enjoy adventure sports and the art of wilderness living while developing close connections to nature and the social skills for thriving in an interconnected community. We believe that outdoor pursuits should be a part of every Vermonter’s experience and teach the know-how that often translates into a lifelong love of adventure and discovery in our special backyard.

Summer Camp at The Flynn

Flynn Summer Camps & Classes are open for registration! Share the gift of artistic expression with your children this summer, where creativity knows no bounds. The Flynn offers a wide range of classes for all ages, including dance, acting, creative writing, cirque, and shadow puppetry. Whether your child is a budding performer, writer, musician, or artist, there’s something to inspire and nurture their unique talents.

Camp tuition ranges from $300-$450.

Lake Champlain Yacht Club Junior Sailing Program

Is your Junior Sailor ready to set sail? LCYC Junior Sailing program is dedicated to nurturing a lifelong passion for sailing. Their safe and enjoyable learning environment is designed for every level of sailor – from beginners to advanced racers. 

Located on Shelburne Bay, Lake Champlain Yacht Club's junior program teaches kids how to sail and race. Their head instructors are US SAILING Certified* Level 1 Instructors, and they are assisted by instructors who are in the process of being certified. The program uses Flying Juniors and Optimist dinghy's for training and regional races.

Mad River Valley Arts Camp

Mad River Valley Arts offers summer camps for kids with themes like Comics, Animation, and Mural Art, taught by local artists and art educators from the Valley.

Participants explore character, plot, tension in storytelling along with color, shapes and space in visual design. Morning or afternoon sessions only. Campers will be creating inside and outside the center for all registered art sessions.

Burlington Parks Summer Camps

Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront offers a huge selection of fall, winter, spring and summer programs for kids ages 3 to 18. Camps keep your child having fun all year long playing sports, having outdoor adventures, learning new things, and making amazing creations.

Burlington City Arts

At BCA's award winning youth camps, students work closely with professional teaching artists for a full week of in-depth studio arts experience. Every camp includes high-quality art materials and a final celebration. Come for a half-day or pair a morning and afternoon camp together at BCA Studios to make a full-day experience.

Petra Cliffs Camps

Petra Cliffs Climbing Center offers SUMMAT Day Camps for kids 6 to 14, and Overnight Expeditions for kids 10 and up. SUMMAT camps will have your kids climbing, kayaking, caving, and more, all while building self esteem through healthy risk-taking. Overnight expeditions take campers to the mountains of Vermont, New York and New Hampshire for outdoor adventures. Petra Cliffs programs help build confidence and community through climbing, challenge, healthy risk-taking, and fun in the outdoors!

Lines Vermont Dance Studio

Summer camp registration is open for Pop Star Camp, ages 10-12, and Dance, Music & Art Camp for kids 5-7 at Lines Vermont. These weeklong half-day camps are great for the dancing, music-lover in your family. Pop stars' final class will include a real film shoot, and all students will receive a fully produced version of their music video. Each day of Dance, Music & Art Camp includes a ballet class; live music and singing with a musician; a jazz, hip hop or lyrical class; and a dance-themed art project, such as costume making or pointe shoe decorating.

ONE Arts Summer Camps

Summer Camps at the ONE Arts Center are focused on fun and all the different ways an artist can express themselves. Each week of summer they offer different themed summer camps that embrace magic, imagination, and self expression. Campers spend time making art projects in a variety of media, practicing drama, dancing, playing organized games, having free imaginative play time, and visiting local parks. Wingspan Studio

Parlez-vous français?! Art, French & Nature inspired summer camps spark imaginations and build creativity, kindness and global citizenry. Located in Burlington's funky South End Arts & Industry District, Wingspan Studio School offers high quality interdisciplinary arts camps grounded in nature and neurodiversity informed. Each week has a different theme and some weeks offer French, too. 

Camps are based in a real working art studio and learners play, have lunch in nearby parks, and visit other workshops. Full and half-day weeks available, June 16 through August 9. Greater Burlington YMCA Camps

From full-day, co-ed day camps, to historic day and overnight camp for boys and teens, the Y has great choices for a summer to remember. Registration is open for Camp Abnaki, the North Hero based day and overnight camp for boys and teens on Lake Champlain. Registration for other camps opens January 13. 

Camp Koda in Barre, Georgia, and Underfill is a co-ed summer day camp for kids that have completed K to age 12. The Y Adventure Camp at Rock Point is a co-ed summer day camp for kids who have completed 3rd grade through age 13. Campers spend most of the day outside, tending the gardens, swimming, kayaking, crafting, and more. Summer Camp at the Y in BTV is geared for kids that have completed K to age 10,and includes pool time, arts + crafts, STEAM-themed activities, and field trips to green spaces and other adventures around Burlington.

Paint & Create Kids Camp

Burlington's Paint and Sip's Kids Camp includes 5 days of art instruction, fun activities, and crafts for ages 6 and up! There will be movement breaks each day taking advantage of all that Burlington and the Waterfront have to offer; field trips to Battery Park for yoga and art inspired games, picnic lunches by the lake; and exploring the Church St Marketplace for inspiration. While camps are centered on painting and its different forms, kids will explore other art mediums and dive into some light art history while also getting outside to move their bodies daily. Camp base is the studio located in downtown Burlington.

Registration for 2025 is open! Cost is $390 for a full week from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, and includes all supplies, a t-shirt and sketchbook. 

Sylvan Learning of Essex Summer Camps and Workshops

When school's out, Sylvan's in! If you’re looking for ways to introduce your child to new and fun experiences, Sylvan camps and workshops not only engage the mind, but are designed to have a lasting impact outside the classroom. 

Sylvan Learning of Essex Junction is currently registering campers for Summer 2025. Offering camps for kids pre-K to 8th grade, Sylvan prepares kids for their next learning adventure with a fun approach to math, reading, and overall confidence in learning. Pony Day Camp

Pony Day Camp is held at Erin Longworth Performance Horses' stables in Milton for children ages 5 and up. Campers will be kept very busy with horseback riding, games on horseback, crafts, barn chores, caring for the horses, fun barn games, lessons on horse anatomy, breeds, and tack, and more. During the warmer days, children will get to bathe the horses, learn the proper way to clean the tack, and have some water fun of their own.

Community Sailing Center Kids Camps

Summer is all about fun, friends, and trying something new! The Community Sailing Center offers summer camps for youth ages 6-17 to learn the joy and skills of sailing on Lake Champlain. Led by certified-instructors and placing safety at the forefront, we offer a wide variety of sailing camps, from sailing-only to multi-activity camps (which blend sailing and an activity or hobby).
