  "Always a great time ... decent food options , special event nights are fun . My boys loved Halloween Night and superhero night . Champ is a big hit keeps the kids interested during the game . Come early for best parking and a chance for your kids to be involved with some of the game activities . "

  "The improvements that they made to the ballpark in the off season are great. We love the new seats as well as the picnic benches by left field. Also our 9 year old daughter loved being part of Champ's Kids Club this summer. This free program got her free tickets to 5 specific games as well as other Kids Club exclusive events that happen before the gates open. One great benefit of being able to enter before the gates open is that we were able to find Chris, the on field emcee, and my daughter was chosen to say 'Play Ball' at the start of one of the games."

  "I arrived at the game 45 minutes early to be turned away from the pay parking. The free Trinity lot was also full. The only other option was to be packed into a shuttle, which was nothing more than a junky school bus. Being packed into a school bus with the unwashed masses did not sound appealing, so we skipped the game. I hope they put the 19 I paid for tickets to good use. They will never get another cent from me. GET MORE PARKING!!!"

  "Our family loves attending the Vt Lake Monsters games during the summer, in fact my daughter and husband have season tickets bc they love it so much. It's a great outing without traveling very far complete with entertainment from Champ and in between innings contests and good food. There are pregame activites bouncy houses, pitching practice, etc. and usually some sort of free giveaway from the sponsor of that night. My daughter was able to participate in a few on field contests like the sack race and also a couple of dances with Champ. Very Fun! LIke noted above, the ticket prices are very reasonable but be prepared to spend some money on all the food there they offer a lot."

  "How can you not love a Lake Monsters game! Fun entertainment oh yea a baseball game too! The kids love to watch Champ and are thrilled with all of the activities between innings! We saw the frisbee dogs enjoyed free Ben Jerry's during the peace love themed game. "

  "Take me out to a ballgame! That is what we often hear from our kids. And if you do as well, then look no further than a Lake Monsters Game. This stadium gives you an almost nostalgic feeling about America's favorite pastime. This is a great family outing that hits it out of the park! There are ample things to see and do to keep kids of all ages entertained. Inside the park there is the onfield, change of innings entertainment. It can be anything from a Frisbee catching dog act, to a gigantic teddy bear sling shot contest. Promo foam handstshirts are always being tossed into the crowd. Champ is constantly around leading the kids in singalongs. Off the field there is fast pitch, a jumpy house, autograph signing, and more. Check the promo schedule on their web site, there is usually a giveaway or something cool going on at each game. The food choices are pretty standard with a few exceptions...I did see a Chicken Caesar Salad. And new to the line up this year is Fried Dough! Now although the ticket prices relatively low, unless you can get away with not buying or doing anything once you're inside the ballpark good luck with that!, don't forget to bring some cash. The souvenirs, pizza 4, Popcorn 3, pretzel 3.25, bottled water 2.50, Hot Dog 3 will all add up."

  "One of my favorite summer things to do is to take the kids to Centennial for a ballgame. The Sunday afternoon games are perfect for kids. Champ is there running around on his ATV and signing autographs. There are a few fun activities like guess the speed of your fastball and win a mini bat. The food is what you would expect...pizza, hot dogs, sausage, burgers, fries, etc. And oh yeah, there's a ballgame to watch. They do a decent job of having a fun activity on the field between innings to keep everyone entertained. If you want to avoid the sun on hot days, sit behind homeplate under the canopy or down the 3rd baseline. You will need to arrive early to get a parking spot close to the field, otherwise you park over by the hospital and take a bus. The bus is OK, not a big deal. Might want to leave a bit early to miss the rush. Overall, a great event and value."
