- January 25, 2010"My two children attend this school and we couldn't be happier. The school is based on Rudolph Steiner's philosophy for Waldorf education and truly allows children to experience childhood while being immersed in a rich languagebased curriculum. The school offers French as a foreign language starting in preschool and a handwork class that teaches children to knit, crochet, felt, and embroidery. The curriculum focuses on the WHOLE child and doesn't have the pressure of standardized testing which seems to direct public school education today. I wish I could have attended this school as a child! "- patcher
- October 9, 2009"I have two children that attend Orchard Valley. The setting is idyllic. Atmosphere in the school is creative and inspiring. I can think of no better evironment for my children to learn in. The Faculty and Staff are committed to the students and the parent support is very evident as illustrated by attendance at every festival.
