The Greater Burlington YMCA's Middle School Strength Training class introduces youth to key fitness concepts through weekly focus areas. Starting with basic warm-ups, stretches, and fun games, we then explore different muscle groups and movements, including legs, arms, and core. As the program progresses, participants will work on mobility, agility, and cardio, helping them understand and apply these skills effectively. This program is open to active Y Teen Members and Family Members. Participants must have completed Teen Wellness Orientation. 

Session Dates: September 10-October 15, 2024. Drop-ins welcome.
