A sweet studio space in the heart of downtown Montpelier offering Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Bodywork, Childbirth Education, and Co-regulating with baby classes.

Most classes you can join from home via zoom as well if getting to class in person doesn't work out.

We offer classes during pregnancy, and also for newborns and babies up to crawlers and scooters.

Emerge with Amy LePage is located at 15 State St. 3rd floor, suite #303 - elevator access is available.

The space is open just when there are classes held or by appointment. There are no regular open hours to just drop in. Hope to see you at a class soon!
