Rock Point Commons stewards 130 acres of conserved land on the shores of Lake Champlain in Burlington, VT. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive, place-based community for education, spirituality, and environmental stewardship.
Beginning January 2026, we welcome visitors to the Rock Point Center for Nature and Spirituality, a trailside visitor center for scientific learning and spiritual connection. The Center houses both permanent and seasonal exhibits on a variety of subjects, including taxidermy of local fauna, the geologic and natural history of the Champlain Thrust Fault, winter tree identification, and more. There is an adjoining space for quiet reflection, meditation, and birdwatching.
